Body Language!

As a women I am entitled to certain privileges, one is that my body speaks to me. It says many things, sometimes in many languages, things like "usted es gordito" (spanish for you are chubby), or "regarde votre visage funny"(French for your face looks funny). Often they are disparaging and mean spirited but in my old age I have grown to more easily ignore those and try to focus on the times my body speaks kindly to me, instances when it says "Non troppo malandato" (Italian for Not too shabby). I think that many women, if not most can look in the mirror and find the flaws that to the "untrained eye" (men) are not there. I for one look in the mirror and am grateful for the days my contacts aren't in, it makes my face look much nicer!!

Well for as many things that I would like to have altered, i.e saggy, baggy, wrinkly, wiggly, jiggly, there has been one constant, there is one area of my body that has been there for me through thick and thin, it has supported me and kept me going even if it were baby steps. It is the one area of my body that no matter what, I don't mind looking at, even without clothes on!! So here's to you oh faithful body part for sticking with me and lifting me when I am down, may you continue to be slender, bunion free with high arches!

What body part of yours makes you happy no matter what??

You DO have beautiful feet! I'd have to say my legs are tolerable at any body weight. They are VERY white, but I like to refer to it as "white and delightsome", but for some reason my legs never feel the wrath of my weight gain and losses! Thanks for making me think!

Ooh, this is a tough one??? I would have to say that my feet have always been good to me too. By the way, yours are looking "perdy!"
